As far as the actual shave difference between the 2, I'd have to say they were very close to each other with the difference in weight being the biggest factor but not as much as one would think.Īs to whether the Ti Timeless being the same as using your Slim, I would doubt that because of the geometry of each razor being quite different and just testing the pass around I'm sure you already know that. Just throwing my 2c in here but I did a test last year on SS, (polished and satin), vs Ti because of the many mixed reviews on them and long story short I ended up going from a Ti95SB plate to Ti95DC SB/OC plate as I just found the face feel of the Titanium to just be softer to my face to use over the SS in general. 95 to date with comparisons to other razor as well.

Sent from my SM-J700T using is probably the best comparison thread on this forum for Timeless Ti vs SS and. In typing this question out I have probably answered it for myself, but I am still curious for input from those of you who have both of these razors to compare. Why have both if they are so similar in the hand? So - are the titanium and the slim similar enough in hand/balance that it would annoy me in this regard? I realize these are different razors from each other, but I really don't want to get a Timeless that requires basically the same technique as the slim. The weight of the timeless ti is almost identical to the weight of a slim. I can't help but ask how much difference there would be with less weight? But here comes my real question. I keep doubting my love for the SS because.titanium is such a cool material. But the titanium has a lot of cool factor. 95 was amazing with anything but a feather in it, and that I'm sure I would be very happy with it. I loved it and got superb shaves with it until I used a feather blade. Thanks to the generosity of a fellow B&B member doing a pass around, I have tried the SS.

I get comfortable smooth shaves and have no complaint.
#TIMELESS RAZOR .95 DRIVER#
My current daily driver is a slim on 6 (sometimes 7 depending on the blade). Hopefully this will bring a bit of a new spin on it. I know this question has been asked multiple times before, but I'm not finding a previous post with all of my questions addressed.
